Return & Refund Policy
1. No General Returns / Exchanges
Because many of our items are handmade, artisan‑crafted, and subject to slight natural variations in color, shape, and finish, we do not permit returns or exchanges unless under specific conditions (defect, damage, wrong item).
2. Defects, Damaged Goods, or Incorrect Items
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damage or defect.
- Upon verification, we will arrange a reverse pick‑up at our expense.
- Once the item is received and confirmed, we will process a replacement (if available) or issue a refund.
3. How to Request Replacement / Refund
- Email us at care@toddlepaws.com with subject line “Defect / Damage Claim – [Order #]”.
- Attach the following:
- Order number
- Photographs of the product (showing damage or defect)
- Packaging photos (optional)
- Our support team will respond, verify the issue, and coordinate pickup and resolution.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
5. Cases Where Return / Refund Is Not Allowed
- Items without a verified defect, damage, or incorrect delivery.
- Claims made after 48 hours from delivery.
- Used, altered, or customer-damaged items.
- Customized or personalized products (unless defective).
- Minor variations due to the handmade nature of goods.
6. Responsibility & Risk
Once your order is handed over to the courier, the responsibility for delivery passes to you. In case of non-delivery or courier mishandling, we will assist you in raising a claim with the courier partner.
7. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled — the defect/damage return policy will apply.
- For pre-dispatch cancellations, a full refund will be processed (excluding third‑party transaction charges, if any).
8. Our Right of Final Decision
We reserve the right to assess and approve or deny any request for return, replacement, or refund based on our internal verification. All decisions made by us are final and binding.
