Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We offer free shipping within India.
  • We use trusted courier and logistics partners to deliver pan-India.
  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally via trusted carriers like DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
  • Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
  • Processing time: 2–5 business days.
  • Delivery time: usually 7–20 business days, depending on location and customs.
  • Delays due to customs are beyond our control.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.
  • Once dispatched, a Shipping Notification will be sent with tracking details.
  • Track your package using the provided tracking link.

Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct before confirming your order.
  • To modify or cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours (before dispatch).
  • Once shipped, changes may not be possible.
  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address, re-shipping charges apply.

Delays & Force Majeure

  • Processing and delivery times are estimates only.
  • External factors (weather, strikes, customs, etc.) may cause delays.
  • If delays occur, we’ll inform you via email or SMS.
  • Allow an extra 3–5 business days for remote locations.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Notify us within 7 days of expected or actual delivery if your item is lost or arrives damaged.
  • Provide clear photos and order details for resolution.
  • We will assist with filing claims and offer a replacement or refund if verified.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless damage is confirmed).
